7. Refunds Policy
   Refund eligibility is product-specific. Timelines, conditions, and availability vary depending on the type of product or service purchased and are outlined below.We encourage you to review the applicable section carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, we are always happy to help clarify details prior to purchase.
8. Refunds for Virtual / Electronic Products (Courses, Programs, Digital Content)We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported in your learning experience.Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page:
   • Full refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially accessed or completed.
   • For time-bound, cohort-based, or partially completed programs, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion up to the midpoint of the program.
   • No refunds will be issued once a program has passed the halfway point or once the majority of the content has been accessed or delivered, whichever occurs first.
   • Any refund issued (full or partial) will result in removal of access to the product and all associated content.
   • We are always happy to help answer questions, clarify content, or support your learning where possible before a refund is finalized.

   Lifetime access refers to the duration the product is available and supported by us and does not override refund or access removal policies.

9. Refunds for Memberships
   1. Membership purchases are non-refundable.
   2. You may cancel your membership at any time using the CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION button in your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@joshnichol.com.
   3. Upon cancellation, future charges will stop, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
   4. Access to all membership content will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle.
   5. If you choose to rejoin at a later date, you will regain access at the current membership price.
10. Currency & Payments
    1. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
    2. No adjustments will be made for changes in foreign exchange rates.
    3. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment where possible.
11. Refunds for Physical Products
    1. Physical products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
    2. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    4. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs charges required by their country.
12. Refunds/Cancellation Policy for Clinics
    1. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot at a clinic.
    2. Clinic deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable.
    3. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of the clinic.
    4. If you cancel your attendance at any time, the deposit will be forfeited.
    5. If the clinic balance has already been paid in full, please contact the clinic host directly for information regarding refunds or cancellations, as policies may vary by location.
13. Terms and Conditions Specific to Monthly Subscriptions:
    1. By providing your credit card and other information, agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, or selecting the “Purchase” button (or similar such button for monthly subscriptions) displayed on www.JoshNichol.com you are purchasing a monthly subscription and are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card for amounts payable to us according to this subscription.
    2. You acknowledge and understand that you can cancel anytime by contacting Customer Support here or emailing us directly at support@joshnichol.com.
14. Multiple Payment Purchase Offers (Payment Plans):
    1. Multiple payment purchase offers are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled outside of the applicable refund period.
    2. By selecting a payment plan, you are purchasing immediate and full access to the product and agree to pay the entire purchase price, regardless of participation, completion, or usage.
    3. Refund eligibility for purchases made via payment plans follows the same refund terms outlined in our Refund Policy above. If a refund is approved, access to the product will be removed and any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled.
    4. After the refund period has passed, all remaining payments are due and non-refundable/
    5. You are responsible for any costs associated with the collection of past-due payments.
15. Passwords:
    1. You will need a username and password to use certain features of the Site, which you will receive through the Site’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your password or account.
    2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
    3. You agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
